Loot Run Descriptions:

  • Group Loot - In a Group Loot run, the number of items you receive depends entirely on your luck with the standard Group Loot system during the raid. There are no guarantees on loot drops. Most boosters in the raid will have raid saves, typically resulting in 1-3 items dropping per boss. Additionally, you’ll have up to 3 items unlocked in the weekly Great Vault (you can choose only one). Please note that the number and classes of other customers competing for loot are random and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Armor + Tier Priority - An Armor + Tier Priority run guarantees that you’ll receive all armor type pieces (Plate, Mail, Leather, or Cloth) and tier set tokens suitable for your character's class and specialization during the raid. A minimum number of items from each boss is guaranteed based on the number of unsaved players:
    • 2-3 items per boss with 10 unsaved players
    • 4-5 items per boss with 20 unsaved players
    • 5-6 items per boss with 30 unsaved players
    Weapons, rings, necks, trinkets, and backs are not guaranteed and can be contested. In addition to raid drops, you will also have 3 items unlocked in the weekly Great Vault (you can choose only one).
  • Full Priority - In a Full Priority run, all loot in the raid suitable for your class will be reserved for you. A minimum number of items from each boss is guaranteed based on the number of unsaved players:
    • 2-3 items per boss with 10 unsaved players
    • 4-5 items per boss with 20 unsaved players
    • 5-6 items per boss with 30 unsaved players
    You will also have 3 items unlocked in the weekly Great Vault (you can choose only one).
  • VIP - A VIP run reserves all loot in the raid for you and up to three friends (if you prefer, you can run solo as a custom request). A minimum number of items from each boss is guaranteed based on the number of unsaved players:
    • 2-3 items per boss with 10 unsaved players
    • 4-5 items per boss with 20 unsaved players
    • 5-6 items per boss with 30 unsaved players
